With September here at last (or here too soon), there’s no denying that autumn is on its way in! This is my take on a drinkable seasonal dessert with a base of spiced rum and fresh apple juice. Brightened up with a hint of cinnamon and topped with a cheddar mousse, this drink will certainly cut through the September chill.
