L’Invasion Britannique Beatles Story
This show really stands out from the others by the quality of the visual documentation—displayed on a circular screen—the pertinence of the texts and the exactness of the vocal and instrumental performance. With the great attention paid to details and the beauty of the images, this show is a real treat for both the ears and the eyes.
The entire repertoire is revisited, from the performance at the Ed Sullivan Show to the psychedelic era and the concert on the top of the Apple Corps building with detours through the shows at the Montreal Forum and the Shea Stadium.
Directed by Christian Sbrocca, this show involves all the costumes and instruments that bring back the memories of the Beatles’ most iconic eras. The narration of this production is made in a very inventive formula by the renowned host Richard Turcotte.
This is the performance you don’t want to miss!
